How we use AI
We use AI tools to help research, outline, draft, translate, edit, structure, and check content. AI output is not treated as a source. Claims about current facts, procedures, prices, dates, rules, health, finance, legal matters, or official services must be checked against authoritative sources before publication or material updates.
Sources and fact-checking
For changing or consequential facts, we prefer primary or authoritative sources such as official government pages, regulator pages, company pages, recognized institutions, academic or standards bodies, and reputable news or reference sources where primary sources are unavailable. Articles should cite or link to the sources that support the main claims whenever practical.
We do not knowingly publish invented quotes, fabricated statistics, unsupported accusations, fake firsthand experience, or unverified credentials. If a claim cannot be verified, we remove it, qualify it, or hold the article for review.
Sensitive and prohibited topics
We do not publish politics/conflict advocacy, allegations or rumors about people or organizations, gambling, betting, lotteries, or promotion of chance-based financial schemes.
Religion, health/medical, finance/investment/tax, legal rights or obligations, government procedures, visas, official services, and eligibility topics require explicit owner approval before publication or material updates. These articles are informational only and are not professional advice.
No firsthand or credential claims without evidence
Unless an article clearly states and evidences it, doyouknow.app does not claim that a product, place, service, app, procedure, or recommendation was personally tested by a named person. We also do not claim professional credentials, residence, employment, or lived experience for editorial personas.
Corrections
If you notice an error, outdated information, missing context, or a source problem, contact us through the site contact page. When we confirm a material error, we correct it promptly. For significant corrections, we add a note to the affected article explaining what changed and when.
Independence and sponsored content
Editorial decisions are based on usefulness, reader intent, source quality, and safety. Sponsored content, affiliate relationships, or paid partnerships must be clearly labeled if they are ever used. We do not sell rankings, fake endorsements, or undisclosed promotional placement.
